With his new banger, “YEAH,” OMB Peezy slides through.
It's hard to argue that one of the most overlooked artists coming out of the South has been OMB Peezy. While Mobile is not generally known for its heavy hip-hop scene, to tell their story, there were a few artists who emerged from there. While he later moved to the West Coast, Peezy continued to carry the Southern feeling through trap-centered development in his music with bluesy vocal melodies.
As he has continued to unload a lot of new music in the past few months, he ‘s back with his latest offering, “YEAH.” Bringing it back to Mobile, as his rap career flourishes, the rapper focuses on the realities that impact those close to him.
